March 25th Board of Trustee – Board Meeting Teleconference

The Citizens Square building located at 200 E Berry Street is currently closed to the Public until April 1st.

Indiana Governor Eric J Holcomb issued Executive Order 20-08 on March 6, 2020 relating to the convening of public meetings in light of the COVID-19 pandemic.

The Allen County Regional Water and Sewer District (the “District”) hereby provides notice that it will continue to convene its March 25, 2020 scheduled public meeting of the Board of Trustees via teleconference at 12-noon, as provided in the publicly posted agenda notice.

Pursuant to the Governor’s Executive Order, and to maintain the orderly conduct of the meeting, the District will allow Trustees of the Board to attend the meeting telephonically and to participate in the meeting to the same extent as if they were present.

  2. If you choose not to conference into the Board of Trustee meeting but wish to make a comment on a specific agenda item, please submit your comment via email by 5:00 p.m. on the Monday prior to the Board meeting.   3. If you are listening to the Board meeting live and wish to make either a general public comment or to comment on a specific agenda item as it is being heard, please submit your comment, limited to 250 words or less, to the Board of Trustees at
  4. Every effort will be made to read your comment into the record, but some comments may not be read due to time limitations. Comments received after an agenda item will be made part of the record if received prior to the end of the meeting.
