Individual $45 (one adult)

Dual  $60 (two named adults living at the same address)

Family $75 (two named adults living at the same address and their children ages 17 and under)

Grandparent $75 (two named adults living at the same address and their grandchildren ages 17 and under)

MAP (Museum Access Pass) $240 (Family or Grandparent membership to the Botanical Conservatory, Fort Wayne Museum of Art, History Center and Science Central)

Add a Guest $20/guest/year (add a guest to your membership; guest must be accompanied by the member)
